A fine English bow fronted chest of drawers of inlaid mahogany, with two secret drawers, from the 19th century.

Featuring a bowed top with an inlaid trim around the facing top edge, over a frieze of four beaded long drawers, the drawers showing fine mahogany veneers, with brass escutcheons and oval brass pulls, and set upon a serpentine splayed foot base.

Two secret drawers add a special touch to this classic bow front chest - one above the frieze of long drawers and one small drawer at the apron base.
